Quiet book

They should have received the quiet book by now in the mail so I'm not spoiling the Christmas surprise (and I assume the kids don't read my blog anyways :D).

This is the latest quiet book that I've made. Every time I'm done I promise myself to never ever make one again. It's so much work. But so worth it.

With this one I tried some new things. Felt! Love it!
I also covered a soft plastic binder with fabric. This is so much sturdier than a fabric cover.
I might make another one...

We haven't yet.. but I LOVE IT! They will love it! I can see them run for their favorite cars to be a part of the book! They will love every single page and I know who'll be jealous: the kids in church who'll share their snacks with us now ;) !
We are stopping the car with the packages daily to make him look twice. ;) Guess it'll arrive anyday soon.

We love it! The younger boy loves to find all the treasures in the pictures and the older loves to take everything out and then sort it all back in. We love every singel page with all the wonderful lovely details and esp. the beautiful colors and ribbons and buttons and the tent with the rain and the surprises and the youngest is a huge fan of miss blonde.
It must have been a lot of work!

Wauw Steffie!
Liefs, maaike
